DRILLS AND INSTRUCTIONS!

/I will post everyday exercises that you can do on your own, I will post some videos too about specific drills-exercises.

  • 03/18/2020 well is time to come back and move your butts, go out to your garage or balcony and make 100 pushups, 100 squats, and 200 crunches, then jump rope (with or without) for 3 min, then rest 1 min, 3 min, 1 min until you really break in a sweat, then make 25 burpees and then take a shower, read a book do school work

  • 03/23/2020 Warm up for 12 min jogging, dynamic stretching, then run for about 90 sec at 75%, then you will run the following
    - 8x200m or 8x30 sec or 8x5 light poles (mid-block units are to be spaced between 110 and 130 feet apart alternating from one side of the street to the other. Spacing between units on the same side of the street will typically be 250 feet, almost 80m).
    Final workout
    -4x30 sec squats
    -4x30sec pushups
    -6x30 sec situps
