Be it basketball, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, softball, tennis, volleyball, or football….you’ll want to arrive to your playing season with speed, power and fitness.

We work with athletes of these sports to help them increase their acceleration, jumping ability & agility. They also see improvements in power, flexibility & overall fitness.

We have two packages for athletes training for other sports:

  • 15 practices of 75 minutes each = $325
  • 10 practices of 75 minutes each = $250

We practice 4 days a week – Monday – Thursday
