We run a 80 minute practice session that includes a 20 minute warm-up and a 1 hour practice

Starting the week of June 5th, and throughout the summer season, we practice 5 days a week (2 different schedules) - Monday through Friday. 9:00 to 11:20 a.m. & 4:30 to 5:50 p.m.

For non-track athletes we will have practices Monday - Friday 11:30 a.m. to 12:50 p.m.

Spring Practice - 2017 Season 

Practice is held at 4375 Foothill Road, Pleasanton CA  - stadium at Foothill High School.

Winter/Spring

Season runs from January through end of July. See separate tab for meet schedule. Please note that if you don't attend the Regional Junior Olympic Qualifer meet in June (be it family vacation or another engagement,) you will miss your chance to start qualifying for the national meet in late July. 

Fall

​Fall is an important conditioning and training season for preparing for upcoming the USATF sanctioned winter/spring meets and competitions. This is also an opportunity for athletes of other sports who want additional speed training and conditioning.
